My name is Elisabeth spelled with an "S". I just turned 27. Have 2 little boys, Trey (6) and Kaeden (22 months). I am engaged to Yeshua, he is Kaeden's father. He also has a boy, Brendyn (3). We have a very happy family. My current weight is 166 lbs. before I had my 2nd child I was 110 lbs. so this weight loss thing is new to me. I have been dieting by watching what I eat (IE. Smaller portions) no soda's or sweets ,exercising, using a Stability work out ball & walking. I am a member of a wellness program where I work, called The Weight Removal Warriors. We have team meetings every 2 weeks and get lot's of support. I hope to get to my goal weight of 130 lbs. real soon.
